THE REAL DJ REDD
I’ve used Jiffy Lube almost all the time for a quick oil change. This particular time that I went into the Lauderdale Lakes location I’ve always gotten the basic oil change. With my coupon that I get in an email it was worth it. Once the oil change was done one of the guys said that it will be 80+ dollars for the oil change. I’ve never been charged that amount before. I asked him why was it so high for a basic oil change and he told me that they went up on the prices which that should have been told to me prior to getting to change. I said OK I will go ahead and pay it but I would never come back again. I gave him my card to charge it and noticed that I never got a notification for the transactions as I normally get a text as soon as my card is charged. I asked him for a receipt which I should not have to ask for. There was a lot of walking back-and-forth between the outside computer in the bay and inside the office. That’s when I knew something was up. Finally when he came with the receipt it was not for my vehicle and it was another customer name on it with my card for the transaction (he said he made a mistake), it was for the same price that I normally paid for. Which just proved that the prices did not go up but someone was trying to either steal from me or steal from the company. Either way I will not be going back to Jiffy Lube or at least that location.

Hello my name is Alex pain I had took my car to just lose the same day I bought it it was running good until I went to Jiffy Lube when I left I went straight home because I was tired and the next morning I get up to go in my car my check engine light came on when I was on 95 and I pulled over to check my oil and it was empty so I bought two quarts of oil and put it in there and try to start it it will not start I called them and they told me to bring the car back and then when I did it they looked at it and said it wasn't big fault because they do not see no leak so I told them that far they did not put no oil in my car and they said it was nothing they can do so I lost out on $3,000 on a car I just bought now I have no car to get back and forth to work
