My experience with this joke of a property management company has been the worst! Brittany, Sondra, Satia are apparently never available to pick up the phone or respond emails. Have sent several emails requesting an update on our HOA application for the last three weeks and they refuse to communicate whatsoever. The incompetence is unbelievable!!!!!
