Do I still need to make a appointment or I can just walk in?

How do I set up a appointment

I had an appointment... I was there 5 minutes before my appointment and I was in and out in less than 30, 45 minutes.

You can choose to walk in but the walk-in line is ridiculously long. I highly recommend setting up an appointment. They are pretty good at following through with the appointment priority. The line is much shorter when you have an appointment. But don't show up too early to your appointment like don't show up an hour early, they'll kick you out of the line since your appointment time is not till an hour later.
