Do not stay at this location in Mellville, they have BED BUGS and the Assistant Manager Wanisha is extremely RUDE. They had to give me another room 139. Room 349 had 3 BED BUG. Pull my sheets back, left my luggage in the hallway. Do not stay here

Amy is very nice. But Wanisha is a nasty, rude ish.

Well my stay was made easier by Amy day shift n late night staff

We had no interaction with Amy, however, as you can agree Wanisha needs to be fired. I hope they fumigate this hotel so no one will experience what we did. It was a last minute trip to NY and all the other surrounding Hotels did not have any availability.
