DONT book your stay at this hotel. They will cancel your room with no advance notice. Find literally any other hotel. My reservation I made 2 weeks in advance was suddenly “not available” after driving 4 hours to get there. I only found out because I called ahead to ask about check-in hours. They had no intention of letting me know and made no effort to reach out. Unfortunately all of the reviews are true and I should’ve been wiser to choose a better hotel. I’m sure I’ll get a halfhearted apology from the owner trying to excuse their poor business practices. But the issues with this hotel and its service are terribly horrendous. The customer service was one of the poorest and most disappointing by the way.

Positive: Staff was very nice, breakfast bar was good enough, needs regular milk for tea. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. They had an elevator. .. i did not like the extra $100 charge at the desk. Wasnt aware of that. Negative: No hair conditioner, blow dryer, mouthwash, coffee pot, coffee or tea in the room.Door didnt lock easily,Safety lock screws were coming out of the wall.I dont think the room was cleaned properly because when I showered the steam showed writting on the mirror.

Positives: Location ideal near many shopping options. Staff was friendly/helpful. This is where it ends. Negatives: Entry, elevator, hallways and room are deplorable, in addition to the washing machines/dryers. - Entry/Reception is old and not inviting as depicted in the website photos. - Elevator is cramped/hard to navigate the luggage rack in/out of the elevator, in addition to being very noisy and smelly. - Hallway is dark, old looking and the odor was terrible even with a Mask on. Couldn't tell if it was cigarettes/marijuana or lack of cleaning the carpets or all the above. Laundry room at first glance looks good, but the machines are gross inside, as when I washed clothes and took them out to dry, there were massive hairballs attached to my baby's clothing. Does housekeeping think to open the washers/dryers to see if they are clean and/or run the self-cleaning cycles? Guest Room had a kitchenette from the 80's in very deplorable shape. Cabinets were yellowing with shelves cracked, chipped and missing chunks of pieces. The bathroom was horrible, with the tub coating peeling and very discolored. The shower had the weakest pressure I have ever experienced. Bed was uncomfortable, slanting in every direction you moved. Closet space was tiny for an extended stay and the carpet was so filthy, that when you walked with socks, the bottoms turned black. We had our 8-month-old baby with us and took every measure to ensure she did not touch the floor with any part of her body and to top it all off, there were Roaches coming in the room from the Hallway and I was lucky enough to catch them. We had to cover the baby's playpen with a blanket on the top to ensure no roaches crawled on her during the night. **This is not a place for children, let alone adults** There is no common space for guests to leverage outside of their rooms. The grab and go breakfast is a joke and you are better off going to a 7-Eleven or Dunkin Donuts for food, as there was nothing that would classify as breakfast from even the basic of expectations. How do you classify Nature's Valley bars (Very hard and dry) as breakfast? Sure, you could say the muffins and packets of instant oatmeal would qualify, but there was not even milk to use for it if you wanted or any other additives. I have stayed in Red Roof Inn's that were more modernized and super clean in comparison to this hotel, so clearly the Executives for the Extended Stay brand have a lot of work to do, if they wish to change the image for this location and any others with similar feedback. Our original plan was to stay from February, through March, while waiting to close on our new home. But plans changed due to death in the family and had to travel to another state for the services and checked out early. As bad as this sounds, this unfortunate family situation spared us from having to endure the deplorable conditions of this hotel any further. Upon returning to NY we found a much better option at a Residence Inn for $50 more a night, with a full breakfast included with choices of eggs, cheeses, yogurts, fruits, drinks choices and variety everyday. Additionally there is a heated pool, gym, outdoor heated patio area and many common space options. Very child friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs long term accommodations. For the price difference you will not be disappointed. Extended Stay Management, you need to take all this feedback seriously and make intentional efforts to change the image of your hotels. The standard response of "Sorry your experience was not as expected and we have provided feedback to housekeeping" is not working given the history of similar ratings over the past year. The time TO TAKE ACTION is now, so listen to your customers and DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

Decent rooms. Could be a little cleaner, and there does seem to be an odd odor, but hey you get whatcha get sometimes. Staff is pleasant enough. The kitchenette is a nice touch for personal comforts.
