Rooms do not cool down much but maintenance man was sweet and did the best he could and brought me a much appreciated fan. TV information definitely not correct with regards to room service as information is for their rewards program guests but does not indicate that anywhere. Front desk staff were amazing. Rooms very clean. Coffee in the lobby gets removed by 8 am which is way too early to remove, in my opinion. Limited restaurant menu but does offer room delivery for $5 on top of very overcharged food for what is offered. All in all would still stay here again, just know to ask for a fan especially if you are hot natured like myself.

Hotel was very adorable and rooms were clean. The pool was a little cold for being an inside pool but we made do. The only person who acknowledges us was a tall gentlemen standing pretty much infront of the lobby that greets you as soon as you walk in pretty much..

This sprawling hotel / convention center is built for corporate gathering. The space feels brand new and pristine complete with many conference halls, restaurant, and large bar/lounge room. The rooms are modernly furnished with clean line furniture and very comfy beds. The bathroom are well lit with modern design. The shower has very strong water pressure and good amenities. Depending on the hours or traffic condition your are driving from Manhattan, it could take from 1 hour (normal traffic) to 2 hours (rush hours & highway accident) to get to this hotel's location.

The room was dirty so we had to ask twice to switch rooms. The new room was only a little better. There was several parties and the music went into almost 1 am. I didn't book the hotel someone else did. The person who booked credit card was charged incorrectly and my card was charged several times fraudulently. I never booked the room or signed anything to charge my card. The manager said she would have the charges released on Monday 5/16. The charges still aren't released. Every time I call the hotel and ask for a manager I'm told they're not in or someone will call me back. So now I have to file a fraud claim with my credit card company. This is why I try to never stay at any Marriott brand.

They have multiple rooms there and being that they are a large cooperation I would believe they would be willing to make dietary changes to accommodate religious needs. When I stayed there there was a hindu wedding celebration occurring.
