No the community is not in a flood zone. Water can collect (like in all of South Florida) during periods of heavy rain, but the community has a beautiful retaining pond and the town manages the adjacent canals to ensure water drainage. The beautiful homes are also raised off the ground several feet; in 50 years there has never been a situation where water breached the inside living area of a home in Paradise Village.
It is not a flood zone. I think it's 3months for contract time
It is not true that it is flooded, only in the last hurricane some streets were flooded, only some not all, as all of Florida in fact closed the Swagrass by flood. And there is no hiring time, because here the houses are not rent only buy and pay per month the land only. You can never rent houses here, to talk you have to inform yourself, otherwise you confuse people
Gra cosen, hello, nice to meet you, if the lot is never yours, what would happen if one day the owner of all the lots decides not to rent anymore or sell the lots? Do you get the money back from the Mobile home? That's my fear of buying a house and renting someone else's lot 🥴
