Word of advise. Do not rent here. This place is a nightmare. If you want to live in a place with constant harassment. Then by all means rent a lot here. They try every dirty trick in the book to evict people from their lots so that they can shadily and illegaly take their homes just so that they can put their own mobile homes on the lot rather than private owned homes on the lot.
There's Residents that dispike being invicted, if they do rent,... rumors are there are....even some there rooms. "Underground" rentals. Misleading administration.
Residents in Paradise Village and Rexmere Village are not permitted to rent out their homes. If you can afford buying a unit, living in Paradise and Rexmere Village is still a pretty good deal. Talk to the sales offices for more info.
