Hi Candace, we don't charge our members a fee for out-of-network ATMs, but the financial institution who owns the ATM might. You'll always see a disclosure before you process your transaction if there's a fee, but you can also find ATMs that won't charge a fee by visiting our website and clicking "locations" near the top left; from there you can find surcharge-free ATMs across the US. Not if they are credit union atms i.e. becu, seattle metropolitan etc
