No Kyaking. Kyak in the lake and tributaries in Ithaca. No Bycycles. Shidaigan State Park has great Bicycle Trails.

You can kayak nearby at Seneca or Cayuga lakes.

Not amenable to kayaking. Area is nice for road cycling, but not sure about off road areas.
