Went to get and item. and at first the staff seemed helpful! walked us to the area and said oh must be we are out.. called on he walkie and asked for inventory check said yeah the online is never right. as we drove 35 mins to get here I was annoyed as we were walking away the wife notices ONE ISLE OVER was 4 of the items we came for!!! Next item. we are told they are out of them. But then I say well doesn't the tag that say give to associate mean you have one to sell or the tags would be removed? (told well yes let me check) Nope the tags are there but non in stock! Ironic as they said the online inventory is never right! Seems the employees should do more work and less standing in groups talking!!

It's got what I need and the box stores are leaving oh, and I get bashed by a couple years before they're probably gone to. It's a shame I used to love there system hook up and car audio help....... got to love the Geek Squad even though they can be quite pricey. The whole store is extremely pricey to be honest the only time I truly get something from there as when they have a deal hooking car audio up or clearance items, I will occasionally get something because I know it will fit my vehicle and or place and putting it and will work correctly. Props to Best Buy for as long as they're still around.

Quick trip in & out. I stopped in to find a tablet case. I was better off going anywhere else. Staff were unhelpful, as I entered from Mall side, they were seen walking aimlessly thru the store like homeless people trying to keep warm. Many of the shelves were BARE. Even the TV area I found to be unorganized & uninviting with cables showing and many TVs not even turned on. It's sad that a once premier electronic store has turned into this mishmosh. Some of us loyal consumers haven't given up on you BestBuy, but after visiting this store it appears that BestBuy has about given up on itself.
