I got two rooms for my family and they were both amazing. Clean and spacious. Everything we asked the front desk for came in a timely manner and the breakfast was great with plenty of options. Staff is extremely helpful and nice.

Marriott Person Glad He Stayed at this Hilton Brand I’ll be honest, I’m a Marriott person. Started with Marriott rewards 22 years ago and that’s why. I always try to stay at a Marriott brand to accumulate nights and earn points. Well, all the Marriott’s in Ithaca were crazy expensive for the time we were there, so I looked at Hilton brands. Not cheap, but cheaper than Marriott for what we got. Glad we stayed here. My rating system: 10 categories, max score for each category is 5 points (max 50 points). This hotel scored a 45 out of 50 (4.5 rating). Grounds/Frontage/Parking Lot: 4 This Homewood Suites was inviting from outside. Hotel appears to be in a generally safe area. It has a covered driveway over lobby main entrance. Registration parking is fairly close to main entrance. Landscaping was basic, but well maintained. Parking lot well lit. Lobby: 4 Lobby was nice with seating near checkin. A fireplace is directly ahead when you enter (nice for colder months). Only ding is it was a little warm in the lobby. They had thermostat set to 78. Staff: 5 Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have never seen so many staff working to keep a hotel clean. Constantly working on maintaining grounds, constantly taking trash from outside guests rooms. Very impressed. Breakfast: 5 Best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve had since before COVID. Every morning main offering was something different. Taste was good. Staff kept refilling empty food warmers. Plenty of seating. Room Cleanliness: 5 Bed comfortability: 5 Fridge/freezer: 5 Shower pressure: 4 Room was nice. Slept great in the bed. Fridge/freezer was full size and worked great. One of my biggest concerns for a room is shower pressure - and here it was good. It had a shower head where you could turn to different setting to get a stronger stream of water. Pool/Hot Tub: 3 Indoor pool was ok - your basic rectangle. It was cold too, definitely not heated. But, you get used to it after a while. Biggest bonus here is the hotel had a hot tub. Many basic Marriott branded hotel’s do not. Plenty of pool towels. Pool was never super busy. Recreation: 5 Rec areas were great. Hotel has an outdoor seating with Weber grills. There was a corn hole set and a basketball court.

Have stayed here for many years now for a conference in June. The hotel has a new cleaner look and super friendly staff! The manager Terry went up and beyond for our group of about 44 people that was in town for the event! Terry and her staff made absolutely sure we had everything we needed for our hospitality room at all times! Along with the great breakfast and dinners, she personally cooked us all steaks the last evening before we all departed the next day! Hats off to her and the entire staff for a great job and hope you are all there next year when we come to town!

I had a large group of friends hang out at the king suite and this was amazing! The price was right because the space was huge, so clean, and very comfortable. We had a great time and the hot tub and breakfast buffet the next day were amazing! Stay here and bring a group!
