All hams are cured in some manner - generally smoked.
Of course one has a smoky flavor, the other is honey glazed
Honey baked ham is roasted/smoked with a sugar and salt crust, I don't know if they offer just smoked. The combination of salt and sweet is irresistible and amazing.
