Where do you get a copy of a high school diploma after graduating in 1981? How unreasonable is it to request this to obtain LVN LICENSE in Ca?

I have never heard of this, what does your HS diploma have to do with your Nursing education, which you obviously received if your applying for a nursing license.

I graduated in the 80s. I went to the District Office & requested a copy of my transcripts. They keep them by law. You will have to either have the sealed document mailed to you (dont open or its not valid) or directly to whom wants them. Its a simple process and will only cost you a few bucks (my district sends 2 transcripts free over a lifetime)

I'm back in WA. Couldn't take the mediocrity and bureaucracy! What a waste of money! Ca nursing license should have been printed on Charmin. I'm out!
