I went to the board in sacremento an got one

I also applied online for my license to be an inactive and then I realized I should have applied active so I changed my mind and try to apply for active,. And it wouldn't let me besides that I have to pay, for an inactive license . It's been over a year now and I haven't heard from the Board of Nursing nor have I gotten any inactive card in the mail

No it won't!! Each state requires you to get a license in their own state

I have never heard of this, what does your HS diploma have to do with your Nursing education, which you obviously received if your applying for a nursing license.

In general, classes have to be taken in 5 years or less to be transferable. Anything after, you have to retake it. My guess is no?

No actual bridge but because the training is almost the same and if you have experience as an LVN I believe that you can challenge the boards. Good luck.

The boards no longer issues pocket cards. Everything is managed through the Breeze verification online. Our licenses can be verified through Breeze. I would say go there directly but since they no longer issue cards, I'm not sure it would solve anything ...hope this helps!
