They need to set up the self service kiosks a little better they should show past due balance and current balance separately so you know extacly how much you Ned to pay to restore service

Scheduled an appointment online for picking up equipment. Was helped right away. Great service
Press the power button and aim at device you want to pair if you are tying to set up voice commands you need to press the speker button at the same time

Sorry for the late response, but I'm not sure what time they close. I have never been to the store physically, I always call Xfinity & they take care of my issue over the phone.

Why do yoi charge to answer a question about your remort when it's not working? The guode is not working nor can I go up or down on the channels. So how can I use your so call help channel.
