Your customer technician told me I need a new modem and to take it to the store. So, I'm supposed to take it and the cords? There are two cords? And why isn't there a direct line to the store?

1 cord is power, 1 is Ethernet. Leave the cords. Just take the modem. Use the old cords for the new modem
