I have been trying to fax something for literally 2 hours. It has been busy the entire time. Go digital!!!! I even tried faxing after hours to see if something would go through!!! This is after we mailed them 3 times paperwork that they lose every time!!! Worst use of taxpayers money I have ever seen!

Terrible. I called to see how I can get a state phlebotomy license because I already have a Oregon state license as well as a national phlebotomy license but I need a CA phlebotomy license and the lady who answered the phone interrupted me before I could finish my question and said she couldn't help me because I got the wrong place and refused to listen to me. Im confused is this not the place i need to contact?

I'm in the same boat. Emails and calls are being ignored and it's been four months. Still no license and no work. They don't realize how their lazy work affects everyone else's lives!!
The department takes one day off for Christmas and one for New Year's, following the same holiday schedule as all State of California departments.
go. to your news paper write a story of your local congressman and just keep tell about them . i lived in north sac a few years back and found out THE DHUD HAD given lits of money to them bit they had stolen it from the gov and gotten locked locked. up. for emblezzlment
