I read that I will need my Ca ID plus my membership card, in order to register the used vehicle I bought on Fir in my name. I know I only have 5 days to do this. My question is do I need an appt.?

No appointment needed. Just make sure you get in the line to check in. Id they are busy, they might miss you when you walk in
