I came to Orchard because my regular vet was seriously booked out and we needed to see a vet sooner than later for an aged barn cat. Im SO SOO glad I did.. not only was Dr Kayashima thorough she didnt subject us to added blood work (which my other vet office said they would automatically do prior to diagnosing). Dr K asked questions while performing an exam and physical tests and knew right away the issue. She was so pleasant, very informative, and caring. I'm now bringing all our cats and dog to her!

Dr. Sarah has been so patient and gracious with taking the time to call me back to answer my concerns with my newly diagnosed diabetic dog. She is understanding of my financial constants and doesn't try to guilt or push me into expensive treatments. But, she is very through. I highly recommend her.
