I don't like the way you are ordered what to do the minute you walk in the door likevthe ladies there are on a power trip or something, they also way overcharged me for auto insurance and would not credit my account, I dropped them like a hot rock !

Ok I originally sent my son to AAA in Alameda but couldn't get what I needed done because even though he's on my membership he wasn't the registered owner. I could have skipped the membership get roadside on my own insurance policy and dropped my paperwork in the express box at DMV and accomplished the same thing with less time and expense.

Very nice staff and clean office. Disappointed that tour books are no longer available AT ALL. Online only-which is great where there's reception . . . Excuse was 50% get thrown away. Why not make 1/2 as many? Business decisions that affect the 50% of those who participate because of the actions of those who do not just boggles my mind : [ Besides that minor annoyance, AAA I wouldn't leave home without my AAA card!

I got a new battery installed last year and it needs replacement already. The driver Ronaldo tells me it registers at 200 and it should be 600. Do I go to the Gilroy office to have done

I read that I will need my Ca ID plus my membership card, in order to register the used vehicle I bought on Fir in my name. I know I only have 5 days to do this. My question is do I need an appt.?

no, there is a kiosk for registration renewal that non members can use, it only takes card.

Only those on the registrations can receive the tags over the counter. The Kiosk in the branch would be the best solution.

Your best bet is probably Highway 1. Never done the drive myself, but seems like it would be the best route.
