I purchased a wall mount for a tv in my bedroom but design was changed and I need to get a different style. I don't have the ticket but it is on my card. can I bring it in and make a return/purchase?

I return stuff all the time that I used with my bestbuy card and no receipt as long as you ain't had it for too many days
