I was beyond impressed by the level of service these ladies provided me! I’ve just recently started a position in the medical field so I wasn’t sure what to look for as far as scrubs go but I had an idea of what might look good on me. I was greeted immediately and was asked what I was looking for, and right away (I wish I could remember their names) the three ladies went to work and took a few items off the racks in my size and sent me to the dressing room. I found the perfect outfit and size thanks to this lovely staff! Highly, highly recommend!!! Will go there from now on for my work attire, and I recommend you do as well! Perfect service!!

Great Staff, although placed and order on 12/07/21.I placed a call on 12/21/2021,in reference to order status @ Slidell store. I was informed delivery will not be until 12/28 or 29th. I researched,said product, website 12/21/2021 , product available with 2 day delivery. I prefer to shop local. Respond please

Ms. Holmes. First of all we at Scrub Stop do not lie to customers. This is an unfair accusation and I'll explain the details to you. Your purchase was made on Wed, July 21. We ordered your product on Thurs, July 22. I make sure as the owner to tell every customer who special orders product that the manufacturers do not ship as quickly as they used to due to Covid delays. The good thing is that your product was in stock of which you were told. I do not have any control over the turn around time it takes the manufacturer to process the order and ship nor any control how long it takes the carrier to deliver it. Your product was received here late Friday evening on 7/30. We did not get a chance to check it in due to the volume of boxes of product received till Tuesday am(closed Sunday and Mon) and then called you immediately this morning 8/3. You didn't express your displeasure when we called this am and you picked up today. You can have a refund, leave tags on product.
