This owner/ business person, is very shady. He does not honor anything his word is misleading. Please do not bring your TV to this owner. You would be very disappointed as I was. After waiting months to get my TV repaired. Paying for nothing, TV still does not work.

I brought my TV to this guy in December of 2021 He said all it needed was LED strips and the TV would be repaired so I paid him a $75 fee plus I paid him $120 for LED strips 3 months go by and he tells me the strips didn’t work and now my tv is worse then it was when I dropped it off! And hes now telling me it can’t be repaired! I am so frustrated I don’t even know what to do at this point! I honestly believe this guy has taken the screen off of my tv with the brand new strips on it and put it on another tv to repair for another customer that he was probably in hot water with for doing the same thing! Something needs to be done about this scam artist working at this TV shop on Gause!

It’s been almost nine months and still don’t have our tv fixed or back...

The worst experience ever. They came to look at our tv at our house and said we can fix it for 600.00 and ‘this is a 1200.00 tv. If you don’t fix it we are going to charge you 130.00 for the service call and we can’t fix it here. So they took it and 6 months later it was not fixed. I called and they said we are waiting on a part. Finally after a year they got the part but explained it sat so long that other stuff corroded and now we have to fix that. 3 months later our tv was ready for the low price of $750.00. It was explained like it or leave it, because they could easily sell that TV. We got it back after a little over a year and it worked for a total of 3 months. We were told sorry the warranty was only good for 60 days. Then they said we can pick that tv up and if another tv comes in we can get parts from that. We never heard from them ever again.
