Customer service (sales associates) was rude, shelves were mostly bare. If you did not appear to have big money then YOU had to hunt down someone to ask a question about a product instead of an associate being nearby even in an almost empty store.

its been my Experience that whatever time they say they're gonna be there I would add about 2 hours to that maybe more sometimes they don't show at all
I know what you mean and it can be infuriating. However, most stores, including the Kohls I work at, now have to check bags if you make a purchase then go back into the store because a lot of people lately will do that and then go back in and stuff their bag with something else. Did the electronic beep go off as you were going out? If that happens, we stop people just to make sure we didn't leave a security tag on the merchandise.
Karoke machines are mainly on the bestbuy.com website they run 60-200
