Gabrielle, there is a parking lot right behind the aquarium on the other side of the tram tracks. The aquarium will validate the ticket. However, the parking lot is very expensive. Find a cheaper lot a couple blocks away and walk if you can.

We usually park at the Riverwalk and walk to the Aquarium
If you are visiting for a few days, get the hop on hop off 3 day bus pass and forget about driving. You will also get 2 free walking tours.
