There is no parking at the Museum of Death, and you can take an Uber or Lyft to the French Quarter. Parking is extremely expensive at the French Quarter from $25 to $15 depends on distance. An Uber or Lyft will leave you at the door. I always drive to NOLA, but I prefer to stay in Garden District due to parking. It so close to the French Quarter.
Whenever we go to New Orleans, we find street parking in the garden district and take the streetcars down. It is $3 for an all day pass. Beats $20 for parking. If you can park along an off street from the Saint Charles line, you ride it to canal street, and get off right across from Bourbon Street. The Museum of Death is only a few blocks away.
Personally I didn't mind spending $20 for an all day parking garage. We spent the whole day exploring the French Quarter.
No parking there! Better take the streetcar
Street no lot avail
Thanks so much
Definitely take an uber! They'll drop you off right at the door and there are other things to see in that part of town.
