Call and ask nicely. Im sure they will help you out.
I would just call bank
Dont bother. Same thing happened to me. They didnt care. They said no refunds. I called my bank and had the charge blocked.
You could call them, explain the situation and ask them nicely for a remedy. They seemed like decent people.
Id cancel the original charge with your bank and have them blocked so they wont Authorize the charge
Just notify your credit card co. that you you are disputing a charge and explain why and they will handle it for you.
Like Lisa said... I think it would be best to call in.
I'd ring and ask them if I were you, I didn't experience this problem so don't know their procedure.
