I was passing by your store during Halloween and saw a hat my friend wants, the store was closed and we moved on. Can I order online the approx size ( yeah the hat needs to be on the head), but if you ship to NY and if the size will not fit?

We have a Sizing Chart available on our website. We can exchange a hat if the size is incorrect but you will have to pay for the shipping each time.
