Fr. Jim Querin, SSJ was the Pastor. Kathryn Geisel, PBVM was the Principal. Pat Russel, PBVM taught in the School. Chris Dougherty, PBVM was in charge of the Religious Education of the Parish children. I worked in the Rectory with Fr. Querin doing clerical work, visiting home bound & Charity Hospital patients. Have never worked in a Parish where the parishioners were so kind, thoughtful and helpful. Also great cooks! Amazing Parish! Since I moved from NY, I found getting used to the hot weather a challenge. It didn’t take long for me to be at home. I have nothing but good memories of St. David’s.
