Dressing rooms closed before 6:30 when closing at 7. Heard the girl attendants upstairs saying the dressing rooms closed at 6:45 but it was 6:30. A manager let us in and they complained that people were letting themselves in. Rude staff.

It's a shame that a company promoting diversity and equality would allow racial profiling within their store. I for one would never recommend shopping at a store that removes shoppers based on the color of their skin.

My granddaughters were the teenage black customers profiled in your store on Sunday, July 24th around 1 PM. As a loss prevention specialist at a major retail store, I was appalled by the lack of professionalism of your staff. I hope your General Manager reviews the tapes of this incident and takes appropriate corrective action. I would give you a zero if I could.

How despicable H&M New Orleans! Treating 2 young girls so inappropriately in your store. 2 girls who were shopping, getting ready to try on clothes, and who were going to potentially buy said clothes. But because of the color of their skin you automatically assumed they were going to steal. 2 girls who dress and act appropriately and who were being accompanied with their father who was waiting patiently at the front of the store. Not only did you treat the girls wrongly but you also treated their father wrongly by choosing to not rectify the situation in the store and admit fault. I hope that others read this and find another company to spend their hard earned money at.
