Do they always take 2 hours to pug a tire

They said two hour wait time that turned into 3hours and 15 minutes waiting to get the car in. Car goes in and 43 minutes later they pull the car out. 43 minutes for 1 plug is still way to long

Seems a little long. it also depends on how many people are before you. If they take 2hrs with your tire. Someone is bad at they're job.
