It cost $25 a day for a maximum of 14 days only Water Hookup and Electric. No rigs over 20 years old they will not rent to you.
Also you can only stay 14 days in one month. My husband & I stayed there for a bit .Lost the place we had just rented in Loma Rica due to Fire. There is also a very nice park in Live Oak .Its $15 per night .No power but water & dump. Both are ran by Sutter Co parks & rec. If you think you might be staying at the Fair grounds. You have to pull in during the week .There is no one on site to take money on the weekends .But you can pay ahead. Also your not allowed to have visitor if you stay at the fairground. I forgot , they have very nice bathroom and showers. Right across garden hwy is a laundromat. Just don't by at the store there a bit pricey. Hope the helps. As for age of trailer. They told us nothing older then 20 yrs .But they let ours .But ours doesn't look 20 yrs old . New paint and awning .
