My experience was horrible. It was 90 degrees in there due to a broken AC.I showed a picture of what I wanted, brown with golden blond highlights. I ended up listening to her advice to not do the brown as she said my natural color was dark enough to make beautiful contrast. She was taking haircuts in-between dying my hair so it took almost 5 hours! She over proceesed one half of my head even after my many attempts to tell her that my hair processes fast. It took 3 different toners to try and even out my hair. It is now ash blond with no brown. I was charged $210 as they charged me for all the toner needed to fix their mistake. The back right side of my hair is fried and constantly tangly. I should have refused to pay but was so overheated I don't think I was thinking straight. So disappointing 😞 Never going there again!
