My boyfriend and I have tried multiple times to get in contact with the office staff to possibly rent an apartment, but we have never been contacted back. We tried to go to their office in person to schedule a tour since they weren't answering phone, but nobody was there.

Very nice looking place for the area and they keep the place green all year round which is uncommon for the area itself. Staying here gets you free access to the gym which doesn't have much but it does its job. Pool is well kept despite kids being in it all summer long. As a residentail and commercial inspector i can give you my professional opinion. These apartments are constructed of the cheapest material and not the slightest bit sound proof. Neighbors will be your alarm clock to remind you not to sleep in on weekends (military night shifters stay far away) these neighbors who seem to be mostly single mothers are constantly screaming at their kids "STOP THAT" "COME HERE" "NAME.. IF I HAVE TO TELL YOU ONE MORE TIME". This will never fail to occure on a daily basis. Many pet owners simply put their dogs on the back patio and leave them there all day. If your neighbors do not wake you up their dogs sure will as they bark at any living thing they lay their eyes upon. There is a maintenance guy by the name of Vernon will be the only person you will enjoy talking with. He knows his job and is pretty relaxed. However, management tends to have an atitude problem and will be quick to jump to writing a legal notice if you dont have your new roommate have his meeting with them quick enough. After your first or second encounter with managment, you'll see the correlations and come to the realization that they are the embodiment life form of the fictitious animatied 101 Dalmatians Cruella de Vil. Make sure you spend the $60 to rent a carpet cleaner or they will steal $450 for their own people to clean the carpets for you. To get back to the pet situation, stay off the grass because you will likely step in dog feces because most residents are too lazy to pick up after their beloved pets that they leave outside on the patio all day to bark at you when you leave and come home from work. Don't worry if you're not into dogs because there are plently of stray cats to go around. They will leave you diarrhea on your back patio frequently and your neighbors will put out cat food to keep them living. But there is a silver lining. Each and every day that passes you are one step closer to the end of your lease when you can finally get out of that hell hole. If i missed anything (which i'm sure i did) please feel free to add.
