You can go buy any of the Sheriff's Department in any of the County's there is a thing that looks like a mailbox that says you can put your medication in it would be disposed of you can drop it in the box and the sheriff's department will dispose of the drugs I'm not sure exactly how it works does no charge to use it but I have gone by and drop medication in the dispenser before it's located in most lobbies at any County Sheriff Office in the state of North Carolina

You can find a used/expired medication drop off box just inside the doors of the downtown Greensboro police station on Federal Place. They must be just pills, no liquids and NOT in their bottles. Place the pills in a clear ziploc bag and drop off at your convenience.
