I previously worked there for 20 years and yes....its always pretty busy....and it can take some time to get back to customers but they do! Best place in New Jersey for fireplaces and patio furniture!
I've been dealing with the owner and his wife 4/8 years and have never had an issue. If you leave a message on their voicemail I will get a response within 24 hours. Especially if you tell them what the issue or what it is you're looking for
