Not an employee but have seen those codes in the past. They are camshaft related I believe. Definitely want to call and have them look at it and verify that is truly the issue.
They may have some. Usually this late in the year you will want to call to ensure they do.
It's like any dealership's Nice building, plenty of car to sell. I use the maintenance and they are polite and knowledgeable. I haven't been pushed into any unnecessary work or options. So good luck
