Service rep was on point and very professional. He kept me up to date on every 15K mile maintenance action needed. 5* for him. My only complaint was that I booked my appointment several days in advance. I also needed a new tire due to a puncture but after I arrived was initially told it would need to be ordered and I’d need to schedule a separate appointment for 3 days later. As I was about to leave, service rep informed me that he could get one in 1 1/2 hours. While I certainly appreciate the extra effort, I would suggest that online appointments are reviewed prior to customer arrival and are rescheduled if all parts aren’t available. It would have saved me an additional 2+ hours of wait time or 2nd appointment.

Wow been 2 years and the associates are still as aggressive as ever! The sales manager at this location will try to intimidate you and make you feel stupid for not accepting whatever ludicrous price options he puts in front of you. Absolutely despicable experience here

They should be able to. They may have to look at how lowered your vehicle is first. They have a nice alignment rack they use.

I paid for my car in full and received my title within 2 weeks. If your car was financed you don't receive title until car is paid off.
You are better off going somewhere else.
