Taylor was so understanding and patient explaining everything to me and the facility was clean, organized and bright. I think my mom will flourish in the environment too.

I was a patient after my spine surgery, bone marrow transplant, I've NEVER witness abuse as I did at Marcella nursing home, denial of medication's unsafe environment, nurses are narcissists enjoyed seeing patients in pain they'd laugh

I've been trying to relocate my mother to Marcella Center. All I'm waiting on is to find about transportation. How much longer do I have to wait? I can't stand waiting.
