A tech came out to fix my leaky dishwasher, but he couldn’t find the leak and I had to pay $180 service fee. But, he told me, there was a “90 day warranty on all service calls so if it leaks again call us back”. Which I did. I’ve now been stood up three times by this business trying to get another tech out here to look at my dishwasher. July 29th, 1-5 pm, No show. Rescheduled for August 9th, 1-5 pm, No show. Now here I am, August 17th, 10am-2pm, No show again today. It’s like they already got their money so they put zero effort into trying to fix the problem. I’ll never use a franchise repair service again, especially not this one.

My repair person was right on the repair He did a thorough repair of the appliance and replaced the part efficiently and explained every item he checked on my maytag dryer
