It's been hit or miss for me as far as the mood of the front desk/people answering the phone is concerned. I'll give them some leeway, since they probably get tired of answering dumb questions...mine included. But, they get the job done correctly (the first time...I've never had to bring it back as a follow-up). They have "suggestions" for additional repairs, but they've never been aggressive about it...at least not in my experience. I have the drive card. Beware: I doesn't get you all the discounts promised on things like oil changes. I will keep going there, though.

Yes absolutely they do. If you need a service or repair done to your vehicle, trailer, hell anything with wheels and or motor, they'll have you covered.
No, warranty only applies at the dealership
