you did a wonderful job but i was so upset about the cost of LABOR, i know there is nothing to do about it but i think is exteremly outragous price, I am also waiting for the CHIP FOR THE seat warmer and seat cooler, can i expet them before it gets too cold please, thank you for your service and i am excited that i purchased my new vehicle from burlington chevy

I dropped off my truck here simply because I bought it here. Being this is the 'largest lifted truck center' around I was under the impression they would have truck parts for the trucks they sell on the lot. Well I was wrong, they had to wait for parts to come from out of state. If I would have known they would have my truck for over a week I wouldn't have brought it an hour away and to a place that doesn't do loners. The truck parts they got then broke while installing them so that added time. Then almost 5k later while I was pick it up I noticed my center caps on my rims that were there when I dropped off truck the night before were missing on 2 wheels. I questioned it and was told when you brought it in for service it wasn't there according to picture. Only problem is picture is from morning and dropped it at night. Just about 5k out of me and want to check all camers around lot instead of giving me new ones to replace what was lost or stolen from their lot. All of that headache and they still didn't fix the noise I hear when it starts. Not a very good experience overall. I think I'll stay much closer to home

Called that morning and they got me right in even though they were booked. Friendly! Took me to work and got my car done when promised. When I picked up car I was in and out. Clean environment- friendly staff

They barriers at service desks, they disinfect inside your car, barriers at checkout, no one uses the same pen. Sociai distancing.
You need to find out if it is a after market extended warranty or not. If it is a extended warranty you have to see who the company is and call them. Example of a Extended Warranty company would be "Fidelity ".
Yes. They have a shuttle driver that can drop you off and pick you up when finished
