Its a shame that its night and day at this faculty when it comes to staff. in the day time i got the run around on certain task that was suppose to be done for my love on which was put off until I come to do the job. then there the problem of his personal belongings that keeps being missing and I"m to replace them with out being reimburse for them to where I'm told that its not there problem. I do have to say for the night staff that I've seen thank you for being honest and caring to my brother there while keeping it real with me. I will be doing what I have to get justice believe that.

Not a good place, as far as I know, they take your entire monthly benefit check, and get a bonus from the state, per person of at least $500.00, the "resident" then, gets $66.00 per pay period, out of which Heritage takes $3.00/ prescription for "their" pharmacy. Even if a veteran. (illegal I'm sure) On top of that, the care is crappy, and maybe 1 out of 4 caregivers actually "care." If the perspective resident is someone you want to get back at, or don't care for it's a perfect place, otherwise find "anywhere" else.
I'm not sure, as I was a resident there, which I would definitely not recommend for anyone or anything you care about, and as for pay, CNA's = $7.50/hr. and Med-Tech's = $10.00/hr.
