I recently brought my vehicle into this place for service. You would think after paying $1800 (for a fuel pump on a 2013 vehicle) that you wouldn't come back to a cracked windshield since they overcharged you for parts and labor. Yes, I went to pick my Jeep up on 9/2/22, and out of nowhere there's a 9 inch crack on my windshield. When I dropped it off there was no cracks. Did a mechanic do this?? Nobody even said: look sir, I'm sorry we broke your windshield. Now I have to pay for this out of pocket after spending $1800. This ain't right at all. Each day I have to see this long crack in my windshield... Makes me angry inside 😠 Like how? Why? When? Who? This is ridiculous. Won't be returning. Can't trust just anyone with your vehicle.

Best customer service I’ve received from an auto shop in a long time! I made an appt online and they looked at my car quickly, updated me about how long they expected the service to take, and seemed honest and fair. This will be my go to place for car service! I used to go to the dealer in hillsborough for service, but they are awful compared to this one!

Unfortunately, they did not diagnose the problem correctly. Was advised that new front brake pads and cutting rotators was needed. They were done locally and the problem still exists. 😩
