Their are requirements. Depends on whsst you mesn out of states like as in like ssy France. When i worked in a vets office and a family wanted to go to Frances or Isreal thoses countrty have forms of all they want dog to over go or your pet would be quarantine up to 21 so i wouild check what the regulations are but within the usa of course but i would go see what im getting before i get it
Girl I adopted from NYS and did not have any issues.
I would suggest to walk in to the shelter and discuss more with the staff
