Yes, this is the worst USPS service I've ever had. I consistently get my neighbors' mail, late deliveries - sometimes not at all. - they say they delivered a package but didn't, not leaving delivery pickup notes, not delivering mail at all. I get this kind of thing once or twice a month and have complained a few times but nothing's changed.
We were told that there is not a permanent mail carrier for our street in 28227 and we get who ever gets back from another route to bring our mail. We watch on our surveillance camera as they sometimes just drive around our cul-de-sac and don't deliver any mail.
My 84 year old mother has terrible mail service on the 28227 area. Her mail often does not come until 8:00 at night . I don’t like her getting her mail after dark but she worries about leaving it overnight in the mailbox. Also, the mail didn’t come 3 days when it snowed and she lives right off Hwy 51. I live in a rural area of Cabarrus County and my mail carrier didn’t miss one day!
