Terrible experience , I wish I can give them 0 star ! Don’t waist your time and don’t waist your money to choose Rush , I paid Rush and after 3 whole days they tell me your document is not enough , it means during these 3 days they never go and check and finally with Rush take a week !!! Just ask for money and money !!

Would give them zero stars if I could I paid over $265 dollars, was told they couldn’t find my order and to contact the admin team? Did that and wrote them an email and no response. It has almost been a month since they’ve received my payment for a service that shouldn’t even take a week. Each and every time I call I am met with “agents” that are extremely rude or constantly have a different story. I do not recommend them at all please consider a more professional company with such an important task. (Order has been placed under a different name).

I need to evaluate my degree which is from Japan. I send all scan and pay for stadard service which is supported to be less than 5 days. I sent the request on December 02, 2021, I contacted them on Dec 7 to check the status to see what is going on. The staff said the document is verified and waiting for evaluation. They said it will be done soon. I checked with them second time on Dec 9, 2021. There was nothing change, the status remain the same. They keep saying the documents are under processing. This is so frustrated. Thisn is the first and final time I work with them. Bad service, not recommended

I was generally happy with the service, did all they promised in the time that they committed to. The reason for my low score is that when I needed to request a copy of my report EMAILED to the universality they charged $50, yes FIFTY DOLLAR for sending an email of a report that they already hold. Quite frankly that's a rip-off, I understand if they needed to send a hard copy with the fancy printing they use, but an email? ***** POST reply from IEE. Thank you for the comments, my thoughts still stand. I would also like to advise others that one institution rejected my paper evaluation as the institution wasn't happy with the way that the evaluation was conducted. Another rejected my emailed evaluation, while they do accept email evaluations they DON'T accept emailed evaluations from IEE. I now feel like I used the wrong company and wasted my money.

Yes, they can. If you have not already done so, please visit http://www.myiee.org to submit your evaluation order. You will get a reference number with your submitted order that you can share with your university. If they can include that either on the envelope or with your documents, it will help match up your document with your order more quickly.
No sir, we must receive all physical originals if they are coming from you. You are welcome to have your son's school send his documents to us directly over email however, as long as they come from a verifiable school email address.
