The new employee at Mint Hill NC 28227 clerk#77 is new and extremely Rude. I visit this post office 1 to 2 times a week and on 09/06/2022 she was the the clerk that was processing my 14 packages. I put up 2 to 3 packages at a time when there are multuples due to putting all at one time caused me lose 2 packages about a year ago one fell behind a register and was mailed back to me and one was never found so I put up a couple at a time on the counter.This new #77 clerk insisted several times for me to put all at one time which I would not do and she was so rude I have never experienced this at any usps store or anywhere. I asked for Julie the manager and was told she was at lunch. I told the worker I put packages up a couple at a time for a reason and she did not care. She was complaining to the clerk beside her while I was there about me. The only complaint she had was about me putting all 14 packages on the counter at one time which there was not room and I would possible get one lost if it fell behind a register or on the floor. I have been going to this post office for the last 2 yrs and never had a problem with any of the staff. This new girl clerk 77 is the absolute worst of any employee I have ever encountered. New employees should not be left alone when new but watched for a while before letting them be the only one working with the public.This encounter was so bad I will be leaving usps and find another carrier.

This company is not responsible for your orders that are sent to you by Amazon, or another online store. And they tell the companies that they were delivered, when it never was. And you complain and they simply say that they are not there.

The employees here are extremely rude for no reason other than they can be as they manager doesn’t care that her employees are rude. The fill in USPS driver has taken multiple Amazon packages off my front porch as seen through my ring! This is stealing. There are no labels on these packages that say USPS anywhere. I have called and told them and they say they can’t do anything about it. I’m calling the police next time because I’m tired of my Amazon packages being stolen by this particular fill in driver. Scheduling a pickup is pointless, they never pickup. If I catch the carrier they say they were given no papers for the scheduled pickup. Some days we have no mail service. They don’t answer the phone. They have taken 2-3 weeks to deliver multiple priority packages. They obviously need a good manager!

Yes it's happening on my street as well, they also leave packages on top of my mailbox, for anyone to just drive off with,, lousy service, i still have packages sitting over there ,weeks late or stolen.
Yes, this is the worst USPS service I've ever had. I consistently get my neighbors' mail, late deliveries - sometimes not at all. - they say they delivered a package but didn't, not leaving delivery pickup notes, not delivering mail at all. I get this kind of thing once or twice a month and have complained a few times but nothing's changed.
Same issue I am having they suck terribly I am starting to think they keeping them this has been done to me twice I am not having anymore mail delivered by yhem

Depends on what side of town you live on its different per neighborhood. You can call your post office and ask them.
Youll want to call the postal service there and ask them about it. They should be able to give you a tracking number and help you locate your package
Should be listed on Google at Lawyers rd office. But good luck it stays off the hook and when you do get the Mgr he is rude, arrogant and ignorant and will end up hanging up on the call.
