We have rented from them for several years. The had alway been great to work with. My husband planned ahead and rented a generator for an event for his work. He was only using it for one day. When he went to use it . It did not work. They keep saying he had it for a week. Not correct. They said he should have called them immediately and since he did not call immediately they banned him from ever renting from them! His priority was to go rent working equipment from someone else. Seems a bit extreme or defensive about faulty equipment. They keep saying that he had it for a week. He did not have it for a week.
